New safer play tools in your account
Session reminders, breaks and self-exclusion now live together in one place.
We have brought every play-limit tool into a single Safety page in your account. You can set a reminder that appears after 15 minutes to two hours of play, take a break from one day to thirty days, or self-exclude for six months or longer.
Breaks and exclusions are enforced on our server, not just in your browser, so they apply on every device you use. A break cannot be shortened once it starts, and a self-exclusion cannot be lifted early.
Emberlowe has no real-money play, but habits are habits. If gambling of any kind is affecting you or someone close to you, GamCare's National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133, day and night.
